2.Your name and registration number (if you have one, i.e. if you're registered user).

3.Description of the problem you've encountered.

4.Configuration of your computer (OS, processor, RAM, etc.)

Please note that the support requests from the registred users have the highest priority. It means that you should register to gain fast unlimited tech support.

However requests from unregistred users will be examined too. Sooner or later.
